I've written about (and seen) Zoe Keating a number of times in the past, but this was the first time I've seen her perform in a more traditional classical music setting. The place, was the Old First Church on Van Ness St in San Francisco. The church is home to a massive pipe organ that dates back to 1910. Not coincidentally, Zoe had a guest with her during her performance; Charles Rus, an organist with the San Francisco Symphony joined Zoe for at least 2 or 3 pieces throughout the night.
